I ordered two sarees on Oct 6. Since there was no movement on shipping after 7 days, I opened a ticket with them to ship my order. They shipped only one saree. On Oct 21, I asked them to ship the second saree, they said they can't ship it. Instead they asked me to buy a different one. I asked them how will they adjust the money if I buy another one. No answer. Today Oct 26.20 days later, I haven't received neither the saree or the refund.
The 10 day ship time is not accurate. I will not have the dress I need in time for the wedding I am attending.

I have ordered one saree through online and paid the full amount. After 15 days they said that they will not be able to deliver tge product and still after 1 month is over i am waiting for my money to be refunded.

I wasn't sure what to expect for a prestitched outfit ordered online. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric and the stitching. The shipping was prompt and when I contacted the company regarding tracking, they responded quickly with the information I needed. I have order a dress to be shipped to Canada on October 1st and they said it will be shipped in 2 weeks. After continued conversations with customer care number, they said it will be shipped in 2-3 days on October 17th. It never shipped. On 20th October, they inform me that the dress can't be shipped because it didn't passed there stringent quality checks. It's redoculous. They didn't reply right away even after consynat follow up,they cancel the order. I have a function in India on 28th and i got everything ready to go with the dress and now they cancelled the order for no reason. I must say they don't have the product in Stock. They just ruin the function i have in India. Very unprofessional nd not responsible at all. No customer services. Business number is not for call. They don't answer the phone. Very disappointed with the experience..

Overall shopping experience with Panash is good. But I would like to point out some of the details I found as a customer a bit unsatisfactory. All the items I bought from Panash don't give details about the care of the fabric. Can it be hand-washed, machine-washed (gentle cycle), etc? It will be nice if your website shows what the back of an item looks like. Most of the garments I viewed only have their front view.
The Green Embroidered Pant Suit I recently bought, is slightly tight around the knee area (pant).
I personally hate the zipper under the arm. I don't know the purpose of having a zipper under one arm. I usually spend extra time removing it. I think there should be an option if a customer wants a zipper under the arm or not.

I was very skeptical before trying the online measurement system--I have been burned on sites before and I have a different body type, so standard sizing is tricky. WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the accuracy, quality and speed with which I received my items.

Ordered a Lehenga with custom made top, but received a regular top. There are "stitching lines" you can undo to get a bigger size. Regardless, it doesn't fit well. There is nothing custom.
Also, bra cups have visible different sizes. On top of that, overall low quality (looks cheap)

Overall it was good but the only thing which I don't like is that I was supposed to pay the customs which should be the responsibility of the sender because I already paid the delivery charges for the delivery.
