Excellent service and product quality! Same as shown in the picture. Though my expectation was high about the quality of product but when I checked carefully after getting the material, it seems the same thing! Images are good quality, cannot blame panash for tha, I need to check carefully what could be the original look. I have placed third order in row from panash, can't stop buying fabulous salwar kamizes! Highly recommend this site!

I ordered a lengha from Panash. I ordered the skirt to be an A line and it came with a full skirt that is about 6 inches larger at the waist and about 4 inches too long. It fit my 50 year old aunt better than me. I have to find a tailor to fix this now. The blouse, is falling apart and has never been worn! The adorning material was glued on and is flaking off as we speak. I have to go to the fabric store and try to match it and try to repair it myself. The stitching is coming apart. In addition, the whole outfit smells terrible. It smells like fish and I can't seem to find out how to get rid of it. I have had it airing for over a week and the entire downstairs of my house smells terrible. I don't know how I am supposed to wear this to a wedding.

I have ordered 7 sarees for all my bridesmaids recenlty from Panash India. And I must say, It was a beautiful experience shopping with these guys. The blouses were in perfect fitting and the quality was also great. Although delivery took a little longer than I expected but the products I received were worth the wait.

I ordered an outfit with custom measurements. It came on time and my emails regarding shipping and measurements were answered in a timely manner. However, when the outfit came, it had some dark stains on the front middle (waist area). I took pictures and sent an email expecting a response, 24 hours nothing came. I again sent an email and waited and again no response. I have now disputed the charge with my cc company. I do have the outfit and the pictures of the stains as proof that it is dirty. I do not plan to pay for this when dry cleaning will now cost me about 40 dollars. Be aware that the customer service is very poor and they do not care if you have a problem with what you received.

I would give no stars if I could. I had ordered a salwar kameez and paid extra for customised measurements. When you add shipping and duty, it quickly adds up to an expensive affair. This would be worth it if the received shipment was actually tailored to your size (which is wasn't)!

My experience with this website/company has been nothing short of plain awful. Although delivery was quick, the product was not stitched to the customised measurements I gave. After a couple of ignored emails to customer care, I was given a generic answer saying that the tailors use their best judgement to not spoil the design. I cannot agree with this since the design would not have been affected to adjust the waist, bust and length according to my specific body measurements. If anything, I believe I should have been consulted before generic measurements were used.

I have since sent other emails which are still being ignored. I have tried calling them twice and apparently my number was noted down since all agents were busy. It's been two days and no returned call. I am definitely not shopping here again and would not recommend this team to anyone.

UPDATE: After receiving a generic response telling me to be patient and that someone would reply to me, it's been three business days with no response. This reply was also copy-pasted to other reviewers with a negative experience. Appalling business! I usually don't bother with reviews but this particular experience and being completely ignored made me angry enough to warn other potential customers.

I made an online purchase 20 days ago. Even though the customer reviews were quite bad I thought it was ok because I made an inquiry before purchasing visa whatsapp and they responded quickly. After making the purchase and it hasn't been shipped until now I contacted them via whatsapp they didn't bother to respond. Emailed them few times, "Panash India" customer team created a ticket but didn't get back to me. I am so disgusted as to how they actually scam your money. Very disappointed! Do not make online purchases. Now even if they do ship It, the quality of the product Is going to be the worst.
