The process was very simple and the finished product was amazing!
Originally, the painting was not what I had asked for. I put specifics in the section for the Dream Team to create a customized portrait and the mock up I received was pieced together from the pictures I submitted - exact. But after going through customer service, they asked for more pictures to create the look I wanted. The second mock-up and final painting are AMAZING. I love it! I just wish they'd used the details I asked for in the first go 'round and asked for more pictures if that's what they needed so that it didn't waste an artists time for something I didn't ask for. Even so, the paintings are incredible and I'm beyond happy with the outcome and that they worked to correct it for me even though it was partially my fault for approving the mock-up on the assumption that the dream team would be adjusting the final. Just make sure you submit enough pictures!
I had such a great experience! This was a present for my husband and son. They incorporated all of the details that I asked for in such a beautiful way. They were super efficient mocking up 2 different designs with both pictures included. Kept me up to date on the progress and shipped quickly once the final approval was submitted. It turned out better than I expected! My husband was so surprised and loves it!

I actually inform the truth regarding my experiences from businesses. I submitted an order 2/7 on a Wednesday. I included a memo about the photos of the individuals submitted were deceased and it was all I had. If they can't do it I would understand. Brenda contacted me requesting better pictures on Friday. I responded back immediately the same day. I explained the SAME THING as I stated earlier when I submitted my order. "Those are the only pictures! If they can't do it, I understand." I heard nothing for two days. I sent another email 2/12 being the date of this review. I'm requested a refund because no work was done. No response was given from Friday from Brenda. Customer service is very poor/slow. Just by this incident, I was wrong for giving these people another opportunity. I can't stand poor customer service. I'm still waiting for a response from Friday. It's three days and no response! Thank Jesus I didn't pay for the entire project! If they act like this over $49, imagine how they'll act with $500! You've been warned!

*See how unprofessional they conduct business? I emailed them three times and never got a response. Now this robo responder who replies to unsatisfactory responses is advising me to contact them. They left no direct contact information. I'm supposed to attempt the same unsuccessful method by email! They haven't responded to the last three emails. I'm in the process of reporting this business for scamming and bad business practices. I'm so grateful I didn't pay the entire amount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Please remember not to only look at the positive ratings. Research the negative reviews. Most consumers are saying the same things about this business! *They IGNORE emails! I have the emails to prove it! I actually responded about two hours later to the robo responder through Trust Pilot and STILL haven't received anything! They posted a response advising me to contact them. Nothing happened— at least in my experience! I'm giving you relevant, trustworthy, information about this business! Remember, this is only over a deposit of $49!

My daughter's dad passed away almost 20 years ago and they have no pictures of just the two of them so I ordered one. The process was smooth and even rejected the final painting because I didn't like it so I contacted customer service and they made recommendations for the type of painting and even sent me a link to look at the oil paintings from different artists and pick the one I liked and my painting was completely redone and it only took an extra week and it still showed up before it was supposed to! The outcome was absolutely beautiful and my daughter loved it! Great experience!

Answer: They advertise that you can send them photos of people now past. They advertise these large paintings with beautiful frames being unpackaged. It is a lie. I started my order on November 10 and it took three months to complete. First because they would not sell me a large canvas like they show on their website. Secondly because they no longer sell anything except the smallest frames; yet the continue to advertise and list prices as if they do. Multiple email and phone calls resulted in no honesty from these people. If they had just come out and said "We don't sell those sizes of paintings and frames anymore" I could have moved on. After 60 days your money is their money even if you have nothing to show for it. You are expected to know their jobs better than they themselves do and act accordingly. Phone calls are outsourced to a call center out-side of the U.S. The people answering are nice, respectful and do a great job at making think there is no problem. At the end of the phone call, you feel better and NOTHING has changed. I finally received my painting in a tube. I did not get what I paid for and am unable to easily find a company that will frame original artwork for less than a few hundred dollars. I cannot hang my painting; it is in a closet. They advertise large frame and list prices but they do not sell them. You CANNOT buy what they advertise! In fairness the artiest did a wonderful job. It is the lies of the company that prompted me to report them to the BB and every online site I can and will find both private and governmental in nature. Don't let these people steal from you.
