I would've gave the over all experience 5 starts except when I received the picture I was not happy with the fact that part of the painting from the bottom was not painted. It looked like a piece missing and that made the portrait look a bit odd as well as the corners.

I've ordered 10 different paintings and have always been satisfied. Although, this last painting I had to ask at least two times to please put the doggies' name on the nametag attached to his collar. I guess it was the artist that replied, tag wasn't big enough. When the painting was complete & waiting my approval there was plenty of room. After I requested putting Maxwell on the tag, artist did but never sent me a message. Never had this issue before. I chose PYL for several reasons.One of the top reasons was because PYL was an AMERICAN company! The last painting was mailed from China. So I don't know about ordering from PYL in the future.
