I was asked to leave a review for my paint plot purchase. I ordered on January 22, it's now February 18th and I still have not received it.

Had I known this was shipping from Australia, I might have ordered elsewhere. Liked the paintings on this site better but cannot enjoy them if they never arrive. I have emailed and all I received in response was a sorry they have no control over it. I am wondering if I will ever get them. It feels like they could be sitting in the dark room of a shipping center somewhere with the lost mail. Photo is of my blank wall space.

I have just completed my first painting. I'm happy with quality of canvas and paints. The brushes were adequate but not wonderful. My order arrived within 1wk and I live in NZ.

Paint Plot advertises delivery to the USA in 3-8 business days. My order took days to even ship and still never arrived 2 months later.

The tracking via USPS showed delivered with a timestamp that was verified by my video doorbell to not be true. So likely it was lost out of the delivery truck, delivered to the wrong address, or lost somewhere else in delivery. As this happens all the time in Ecommerce almost all companies offer refunds, especially for a $28 order like mine. Or they offer shipping insurance at checkout or signature confirmation, which Paint Plot does not.

I've had to file a chargeback to get my $28 back for this non-delivery order and their customer service department is telling me to kick sand.

Avoid this company like the plague it is, there are tons of better paint by numbers companies out there who actually care about their customers.

I recently became a member of Paint Plot. I find their service very good. What I really love is the punctuality from the time of ordering to delivery of my pbn., I usually only have to wait a couple of days! Some other pbn sites I have waited weeks! I have joined the pbn group on Facebook, they have some very interesting information, photo's of pbn's, and handy hint's like "Where do I buy my pbn frame?" I would definatley recommend thePaint. I ordered 3 and did the easier one first. Glad I did. It was a good learning experience. I did end up painting it twice and I'm glad I took a picture of the paining first. Their copy was a little small. I look forward to starting my next one after I finish framing this one.

I have taken years of art classes, yet this was the most challenging thing I ever did. I loved it and can't wait for the next one!

The painting is amazing and despite it looking like not enough paint, if you use it effectively you'll have quite a lot left. The first 3 paint pots were for large sections and while I ran out of the 1st pot once I'd completed those sections I learnt how to make the paint last as I had been originally been using too much.
The canvas is quality material and the paint is pigmented and smooth to work with.
All communication with them about the delay with shipping was extremely helpful.

Loved every minute! Great quality paints and canvas. Shipping was slow but it was during Christmas and of course I didn't know I purchased from Australia :) I will definitely buy again! Thank you

I was wondering if you could get bigger paintings to try? Also I was thinking about doing something for younger people like star wars or superhero types and being a musical person I love guitar themed paintings to try. Thanks

If you tell the truth on Instagram, they will block you. They delete comments too. I finally got my product a month later.

Paint Plot has great products and easy customer service. The canvases and paint are always protected during shipping so there are no chances of a broken set. The only "negative" is that so many if their options sell out! So buy it when you see it! Otherwise you might not be able to get it for a while. Shipping can be slow, but it is always exciting when it arrives!
