Ordered a leather bag which I'm quite happy with but only thing was it took way too long for it to arrive. I'm hoping Ozsale can deliver goods a little quicker without charging more.
One of my favourite shopping sites. Easy to use and a great mobile app. The only criticism I have is that I'm not entirely comfortable with the fact that automatically logs into my PayPal account

I recently purchased a set of Morphe makeup brushes from Ozsale. Checkout was seamless, shipping was prompt and I now have some gorgeous artist quality brushes to play with! Couldn't be more impressed
I have purchased a few times and always found the products to be of high quality, well priced and the purchase process simple. Sometimes I have had to wait a while to receive things but nothing unreasonable.
Recently a few things went a little wrong that could of damaged the reputation of OZSALE/MYSALE, however the way they were handled has demonstrated great professionalism and further confirmed way OZSALE is our online choice.

I've been using Ozsale for a couple of years now & had no problems. Children & adult clothes, books, toys & games... can't fault them.
Pumpkin Patch order was not completed. Order was placed on the 6th Dec still not delivered by 23 Dec. Half the order was unavailable due to stock issues. What can I say other than being extremely disappointed..

Really angry that a Christmas gift that I had purchased was scheduled to be delivered early December & was not delivered in time for Christmas. According to my online account I was told they had received the stock & when I enquired the second week of December with Ozsale whether we would have the good by Christmas I was told it was unlikely to be received in time because they were 'busy'. I recently purchased 3 pairs of pants off Ozsale, only for them all to be too small. I sent them back with no problems, and received a voucher to the value of my return, which I spent on a new pair of shoes!
I love my new shoes, and have since bought 3 more pairs of shoes off Ozsale! The campaigns that have been coming through recently have been fabulous!
I have always really enjoyed ozsale and have had very good experience - until this time. With an expected delivery of 4-10th Dec - I'm still waiting (22nd). Very frustrating!
