The experience is quite okay thanks. I get the notifications, browse the items and make a selection if something appeals to me. My preferred method of payment is registered which saves heaps of time. The only downside can be waiting for delivery, which can sometimes be more than a month.
Have always been very happy with products and postage
I am a regular shopper with Ozsale and love the wide range of products and quality brands that appear on the site. I enjoy the great deals and the free shipping opportunities after each purchase. It is rare that my orders are incorrect, but when it did happen, the return and refund process was painless.
Only have had good experiences with ozsale- delivery is a bit slower but the prices are worth the wait!

Easy shopping with many different sales on one site. Updated from when you purchase to when the goods arrive. Only downside is the time some sales take to complete and goods to arrive.

I am normally extremely happy with the products I receive, but approximately half the time they are late and the only response i get is the generic, well check and get back to you in 3-5 business days. I'd prefer a proactive message letting me know it's going to be late before it is late.

I made the mistake of ordering some baby cloths from this site over 6 weeks ago (they still haven't arrived) apparently the order is placed with Ozesale then sent to where ever the products are (mostly overseas) and if they still have stock you may eventually get what you have paid for. The payment comes out of your account straight away.
You must set up an account to even view the products available and there in lies the problem. In the last month I have UNSUBSCRIBED from the web site 20 times because they just inundate you with their advertising emails to the point of extreme annoyance. I have messaged them several times and get told "you are unsubscribed" send us an image of the last email you received and we will look into the problem. Did that, still getting upwards of 4 advertising emails per day.
Also contrary to the name (Ozsale.com.au) this is not an Australian web site.
I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money they refused to do that as its not their policy. BUYER BE WARE
Ozsale is great. I've bought from them quite a few times. I did a majority of my Christmas shopping with them. Everything arrived before the date they gave. Certain things come from overseas (that's why you can get designer labels at such a good price) so it takes a few weeks to arrive (as stated in item description). Well worth the wait. Everything is authentic and great quality. Their phone app is also great. Highly recommended site.
I have ordered a handful of times from this site, I always get what I have ordered or have been refunded in full for the product. If your not in a hurry to get your order its a good site, but shipping can take along time sometimes. Sizing you should take care, often research on other sites before ordering. Over all I have been happy with the quality of my products. I will continue to shop from ozsale.com.au
I have been buying from Ozsale for years. Most items have been fine. Their Customer Service team have always addressed the few issues I had swiftly and effectively. Recently I have noticed the sales are often repeated and no longer very good value. I have had two issues with them. I bought some chairs and am missing a screw. I asked for the manufacturer's details so I could source a replacement. I was told to take a photo of it (a missing screw?) and did I want to return the item - a large chair in pieces, no thanks! I also received a skirt and a dress, same company. The dress was a size larger than the skirt but I could not get into it. I asked would I have to pay postage if I ordered in a larger size and returned the tiny one. The reply told me how wonderful shopping with Ozsale is and did not address the incorrectly sized item at all. Are they now employing a new team of 'support' people - who have no idea what we are talking about? Very disappointing.
