Great bargains! Love picking up discounted items. Would be nice to have free postage over a certain amount, but I know how expensive postage is.

I joined as member recently and I find it very convenient to buy things on sale. Delivery can be checked and monitored. The only thing I dislike is the goods in shopping cart can't be saved. So if I go out of the app, I need to start again.

Great prices, great turn around, great return policies

Only had one disappointment with the cancellation of some Xmas table clothes.

Good service. Never had any issues with shipping or occasional returns. They have a fairly large range of brands but I wish it was a bit wider. The same brands reappear time again. Otherwise a reliable and trustworthy retail experience. Free shipping after purchase always gets me back for multiple orders.

I have only been using yhe site for six months and have purchased lots and have also had to use the return option as the shoes i purchased were the wrong size which was my fault, no questions asked and the return was excepted. Great customer service when I've used the contact us feature they have replied straighy away or the next day if I contacted after hours. Ozsale delivers on time and has good quality.

First time shopping with Ozsale and I'm extremely happy with the information provided once an order goes through. Prices were affordable and quality is great.

Still to pick up as noone was at my office address, so have to go on Monday to Parcel Collection in another suburb; but the prices are great and will use again! :)

Delivery took for ever on last order, product reappearred cheaper twice and I was still charged the original price.

Fantastic quality products and good prices. Watch delivery times though as they don't ship immediately after the order is placed.

Buying from Ozsale is a great experience with lots of fantastic products

I love ozsale... I love the bargains and the variety. I also love the convenience of shopping at home.
My only problem is ordering products to find out days or weeks later that the seller is out of stock. I wish that the sellers would know their product numbers to save the disappointment.

At times the products come through correctly, however product has come incorrectly and when asking for a return no response given. Has deterred me from using ozsale on a more frequent basis.
