Good deals and items are always as described. On the negative, can take a long time to get here sometimes

Returns service should be free. And also when we return procducts, should return the same way of payment rather than shopping credit.

Ozsale has some fantastic products at good prices. Great variety too! Sadly though, more than a month to pack and send my items means that I am unlikely to use it as much as I would otherwise.

There is always something that catches my eye. Easy process and great delivery.

Oz sale provides a good range of products. I would like brand names highlighted more. Could have an express shipping option? However the timeline you provide is handy but it does seem to take a long time to get an order. Good to see more Australian products and companies.

I had a complaint about a delivery. I have nothing but praise for how it was handled. If I email a question regarding a product etc it is quickly answered for me I'm unable to go out to shop so this site suits me just great, thank you for your excellent service.
