Always offer products of amazing quality at super bargain prices. I rarely shop anywhere else. The only negative I have ever had is that the expected delivery date varies greatly. I have sometimes been caught out ordering something for a specific occasion (Birthday / Christmas present) and it doesn't arrive in time even though the estimate says it should.

Many gift ideas have arisen from browsing through all categories, I especially love shopping for myself, selfish I know, but hey I deserve it... I love the quality of garments bought not to mention the array of shoes I have purchased via Ozale... thanks Ozale

With the exception of being able to identify correct return addresses, I have had great success shopping with OzSale.

I've been happy with my Ozsale experience so far. Most of my purchases have arrived within the specified delivery time.

Was good to use, would have been nice to received email updates on shipping like some of the other companies. Some items did take a long time between items received at the warehouse and dispatch.

Really easy and simple process of picking what suits your needs, processing payment via your elected means and waiting for your goods to arrive.
Honest listings about delivery times and shipping locations. All of my orders have arrived with no issues.

Customer service should respond to specific inquiries. They have a general response to everything and usually the response has nothing to do with what you have asked, so frustrating

Ozsale is an all round good online shopping website. Such a variety!

Only thing i could fault is the shipping time. However it is advised of the shipping timeframe prior to purchase so it is expected.

The amount of money you save does make up for this.

I dislike shopping and shopping centre's.
90% of gifts, home wares and personal items have been purchased from Oz sale. If they had a grocery section, I would use that as well :)
