As a mum of 3, it is difficult to get out to shop. Ozsales has a wide enough range of items that something usually comes up that I've been wanting/needing.

Ozsale is perfect for a lady like me. I'm not a huge fan of shopping centres but I do love fashion, homewares and spoiling loved ones with gifts. This website/app has honestly made Christmas shopping a breeze! I made a majority of my purchases and just waited for them to roll in. You do need to plan ahead of time to have things arrive when needed but that just comes down to planning ahead so you get a good deal! So simple. Good communication when necessary with the company.
I would love to see even more brands and variety on there throughout the year.

Have found some great bargains. Haven't had a problem yet with the merchandise. Only thing to be aware of is products can take a long time to get to you but this is fully disclosed at time of purchase.
Love shopping on the ozsale app. I love the variety of brands they get and the prices are usually lower than most stores. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get the product. If this could be improved I would definitely give 5 stars.
Very satisfied with the company OzSale. Am able to offer the company advice and find that it has been taken on board and later implemented. Also find the new premiums for postage very affordable and I am always pleased with the products that I purchase. They are of excellent quality (not like some of the 'rubbish' that you purchase from other companies).
Brilliant online shopping with lots of different sales.
I am 69 years old, with a reasonably large family. Since becoming more arthritic with age I am unable to visit the shopping centres as much as I used to. I have done most of my Christmas shopping through Ozsale. There are a multitude of choices for all age groups. All the women are getting candles and diffusers. The younger girls lip gloss pyjamas and nighties. The boys have a range of undies also and shorts in all sizes.
Through the year I buy home supplies for the laundry and bathroom etc. Clothes for me too are easy to find with a diverse range of goods.

Quite happy though need to make sure your prices are LOWER THAN RETAIL. Ie, pandora or Bec and bridge, all selling for the same price on sites that offer shipping within days and free shipping too. Speed things up and I would buy often.
Have purchased quite a few items from Ozsale, found them to be reliable in their deliveries, and gooods are of very good quality.
The delivery of ordered items is inconsistent.
If providing delivery estimates make them real.
If delayed tell the customer.
I have experienced brilliant service but also service that poor would be a kind description.
I like the offers you have but you need to supply chain and logistics to improve customer outcomes
