I have brought several items over the years of being a member. And have never been disappointed. Thankyou for making online shopping a breeze.
Products are a high quality and such low prices! I am always amazed at my purchases and how quickly they arrive. The app is super easy to use and I can easily move between the sales and add items to the shopppng cart. I have recommended using Ozsale to many of my friends as it is a fantastic shopping site!
The way this site is run leaves much to the imagination.
I received no invoice, there is no communication.
The only time I know anything about a purchase is when Auspost sends me an email letting me know a parcel is on its way.
So far I have been lucky, the things I've ordered have not been cheap Chinese knockoffs.
I don't think I'll be shopping with ozsale again. For the same prices and with better communication I can shop with Chinese manufacturers. At least I know what I'm getting with them.
I bought a bag few weeks back from ozsale first time and I do a lot of online buying on other sites. This was the only time when I received the items so early. Not to mention the super quality of bag. Thanks to the team at ozsale. Keep up the good work. Have a wonderful Christmas.
I had a few issues with orders / returns and the staff were great in helping me reach a positive solution.
I bought a fantastic handbag, which I love, and was a little unsure if the final product would match the description / online photos, but it was perfect.

I've ordered from OzSale a few times now and every time has been an amazing experience. I've never had anything go missing and everything is always delivered quicker then expected. Everytime I've had a question, it's always been answered in a timely manner with all my questions answered. I can honestly say this is the best online shop I've used. Would highly recommend this site 100%.

I am using and shopping through OZSALE for more than 1.5 years now and never ever returned anything, just happy using it again and again.
Quality of products are good and the wide range is excellent. Overall the service is acceptable, however, there are ways to improve:
- Shipping, cost is just about acceptable but often the distribution deadlines are broken with no notice and when challenged is met with general apathy by customer service. Refund or credit poor service.
- Clothes sizing. There needs to be a way of standardising this for all brands because the current system is so varied you have to google international sizing charts.
- Loyalty should be rewarded, get something after 5 orders, 10 orders etc.
- The App is good, keep improving it.

I love Ozsale and all the designer items you can get. I only wish the delivery was a bit faster. But thats only because i can't wait to receive my purchase. Hehehehe
I love my morning now... a coffee and my emails from Ozsales. I get a bit of tme out getting lost in all the new products and the unbelievable prices. There has not been an item come to my door that had not been what i expected in quality, most exceeded my expectations. Love my new version of shopping for presents and for me.
I was so pleased with everything I bought on ozsale website. The quality of the items was better than expected and the process was so easy, cheap and I love how you can arrange to leave the items at your front door. Very happy!

Easy to order, can track your delivery, if an item is not suitable return policy is easy, great service.
The only negative feedback i can give with Ozsale is the delayed timeframes when purchasing a product with dispatch and delivery. It would be good to know the expected delivery date prior to purchase so as if you are purchasing presents you know when you can expect them
