While considering a multi-city vacation within Europe, I was in touch with a few people at Ovago but only because I could not decide upon the cities I wanted to visit. All the agents I spoke with were professional but also easy to communicate with. I was finally offered a great deal I could not refuse!
I mistakenly entered an incorrect birth date. The operator promptly corrected it and confirmed it with an email. I also requested a special meal and that was also promptly taken care of.

We missed a flight and Margo at Ovago customer support was able to rebook us the next day to continue our trip and we did not have to pay anything extra except baggage fees.

I traveled to India from USA and booked tickets through Ovago. The experience with Ovago is very good. The best thing about them is their customer support who are available immediately for any questions. Also got to book the tickets at very low prices.
I had an issue with my payment method and the team went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

I'm upset that I paid 75 for cancel for any reason and when I canceled I should have received a certain amount but I received 75 less than that, so really I paid 150 for cancel for any reason. That was disappointing.
