Smelled something burning the Garmin Bark Limiter was going off non stop. We were able to get it off of him. As I cradled my terrified dog I smelled intense scent of burnt hair and flesh at his neck where the Bark limiter was. These are dangerously defective and are being returned. I am so disappointed. I really needed a harm free bark limiter.
