Unsure how the shoes came from Dr. Comfort when I ordered from there originally and they were on backorder. Happy with the shipping time. They were quick to respond to an email I sent check king status of my order.

It took over two weeks to get here.
$79.00 sandals turned into $150.00. I could have bought them for less money here in Canada.

I easily found what I was looking for and a few other things I am interested in that I didn't know about. Ordering was easy and i got my sandals and inserts surprisingly quick. The products have been in use now sbout a week and are meeting my expectations.

You carried what I needed/wanted. I ordered two pair of slippers. One was a slide style and the other a thong style. Both fit as expected and are comfortable and supportive. The slide slippers were in new condition; however, the thong slippers were obviously worn. The bottoms were dirty and the footbed had toe and heel impressions. I am disappointed. I thought I purchased them new. I really like these slippers, and if these were a floor sample and the only ones left in stock, I am confident I would have bought the floor sample anyhow. I am unsure why I was sent a used pair. I would have appreciated knowing this prior to purchasing. I feel it was dishonest. Nonetheless, I like both pairs of slippers and I believe they will serve my feet well. Thank you.
Good. You could explain the difference between ground shipping and standard shipping though.
The delivery delay gave me some 'pause'.
