Difficult but it is my first time. The added challenge was that I don't live in the USA.
When I was worried I contacted the orthoticshop.com. The response was both courteous, patient and helpful.

I would like a comparison option. I spent much time going between two boots, same brand, similar name, wondering what the difference was. Still not sure.

I was under the impression there would be a $15.00 rebate on the item. But I assume because it may of come through a different source it was not applied. I have another pair of same shoe in brown and knew how comfortable they were I wanted a pair in black. I have diabetic painful feet and legs. And highly recommend this shoe.
