Good but the chat robot is making a joke out of my questions

I have been looking for slippers with support for the longest time and all of the ones I have seen up until now were so ugly. These are beautiful!

First order I made, I never received. I was told to backtrack it through US mail service. You said you show it delivered. They still have not found it.
