You were out of the Sole Slide for men, size 10. I was told they had been discontinued, so I ordered something else, which didn't fit. The Sole Slide for men, size 10, then came back in stock. Your reps should know when something is just "out," and not tell customers that it has been discontinued.

A very good experience. The insoles are very comfortable and warm, and were easy to insert in my archless Uggs. Without them, I can't wear the boots. The vendor offers a wide selection of products, and I'll return in the future to meet different needs.

I ordered Vionic shoes for a plantar fasciitis problem in my right foot. I am always skeptical to order shoes on-line (not being able to try them on). My order arrived and I put the shoes on. They are comfortable for the pf problem but the right shoe is a bit too wide in the ankle area. The whole shoes tend to longer for the size. I am trying them out and evaluating if I want to exchange them for a small size.

Orthotic Shop normally gives discounts and free shipping for my favorite Vionic sandals. Quality and variety are always 1st class. Agree with all the above! I always check Orthotic Shop first as they usually have the best prices and variety.

The shopper experience was great, however even after I read the reviews and ordered a Wide in the slippers, (I normally wear a Med Width). The Slippers were still way too narrow, so I am returning them.
