The shoes arrived and are great

Your website is not the easiest to use when selecting what you want to view.

Ordering is simple, I did not appreciate not having been told that one item would be sent from a different location and take more time than originally promised. Also I need to return the soles, wrong size.

My follow-up calls went unanswered after speaking to a rep about sizing. One ticket claimed the phone # works between normal business hours. Hoping this internet purchase goes well.
I received my order and look forward to this next 30 day trial. Hopefully I will the experience of my first selection.

The sole broke away from my husband's wave sandals

Great shoes. They are easy on the feet.

These shoes are very comfortable with great arch support. Many slip-ons slip off my narrow heal but these stay in place when worn around the house (haven't worn them outside yet). I could wear them with or without socks but most likely wear with socks. Love the Earth brand!

I can only wear Vionic shoes due to my plantar fasciitis, and I love that you often have sales on them or discount codes!

I'm going to need to return product. One flip flop strap has an extension of strap overlapping causing irritation to foot when worn. I need to know return process.

The product was not as structured as I thought. The product was somewhat thin and flimsy and did not help my problem
