My shopping experience was great. I\'m hoping that the insoles are comfortable. If so, I will definitely order from here again.

The Dr. Drew shoes were very good and at a good price. The velcro works very well. The medium size seemed to be a bit small for use with my orthotics, so I requested a wide size. The exchange was handled very well. Although the wide size is a bit wider than I would prefer it is functioning very well. I like the shoes better than some more expensive diabetic shoes that I have purchased elsewhere in the past.

It took awhile to receive the package but it was not the Orthotic Shop's fault. The shoes were not in their stock so Orthoheel was to fill the order. Orthotic Shop customer service was very helpful in locating the problem and communicated it to me quickly. Orthoheel was moving the warehouse and this delayed the shipping.

Got the right product, on schedule, at a competitive price. Good experience.

Out of stock on some crocs rx items, but good prices & reasonable delivery time

Order placed on 11/27 and received on 12/17. After receiving no shipping information, I called Customer Service. I was told that the order had been sent to another location and that I would receive a call the following day regarding my order status. I never received a call or any other follow-up correspondence.

Personnel were very helpful when I ordered by telephone. They even gave me a coupon price for the orthotic my podiatrist had recommended. The price was considerably less than I had paid said podiatrist for the same item. This was my second order and I will use this company again.
