So far, I am very happy with this website. I received my shoes quickly. I bought them at a good price and the website was easy to use.
Website hard to follow. Couldn't figure out the differences in shipping methods.
I did receive the orthotics sooner than expected and will continue to recommend and shop at the Orthotic Shop!
I hope that I can start purchasing products from this company as I have special need feet - very high arches. The prices seem to be very good. My only concern is being unable to try some of the orthotics first, but this first transaction went well as what I received works well.

Was able to the Price Match Guarantee...when I asked about a competitor's price if they would match it they was fast to respond and give it too me...I just love Oboz Bridger Low B-Dry waterproof shoes...I work on cement 8 to 12 hours a day and my feet don't hurt like they use to and these shoes are built to last...i usually go through 2 pairs of shoes plus Dr.Scholls each time...so for about the same money one pair of Oboz compared to two sets of shoes and inserts
Most vendors no longer had the shoe I wanted in my size (I had previously bought another pair in a different color). Luckily, orthotic shop had the style in my size and color for a good price. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had bought these particular shoes twice before, always the same size. This time the shoes were too short. And no, my feet did not grow at age 60+. The manufacturers must have changed the sizing because the EUR size and the UK size were listed as half a size SMALLER than the previous shoes I had purchased, but the US size was listed the same.
I also found the postage and handling quite expensive. But that's not to say I won't order again.
Got the moccasin slippers I wanted at a great price and with quick delivery! Very pleased.
