So far, so good. I like the free shipping both ways, but I hope I don't have to use it. I like both pairs of Orthaheel sandals but one hurts my toe do I'll be sending that pair back.

I love how Guam was included in the selection. It made my shopping experience so much easier & less hassle.

This is our second purchase--VERY happy with first!

Kept tring to purchase a different shoe but it would not go into the cart so changed shoe style and brand and finally it worked. With that I never received an error or notice saying out of stock or unavailable.

The site was very easy to navigate and the descriptions and product ratings were very helpful. I like the free return/exchange policy as it sizing varies from shoe to shoe, so that helps in making the purchase. I also like the Pay by Amazon feature!
