I was very surprised that I had to pay an additional $47 when my shoes got here and that I had to pick them up at the post office. I've ordered shoes in the past directly from Vionic Shoes and they were delivered to my door at no extra cost. Your prices are cheaper and that's why I decided to order from you, so the $47 was a surprise. Now it looks like the prices are about the same. One pair of shoes I love. The other pair I am considering returning...

This is the second time I've ordered from you & so far everything is just fine. I previously made comments regarding these shoes ~~ I am 80+, had polio when I was a kid, have had several surgeries
On both my meet and have ALWAYS had trouble getting shoes that did not hurt ~~ I LOVE these shoes because each strap is adjustable and I can finally "customize" them for my feet. THANK YOU, THANK YOU
