I am not very good on the computer,but I got some shoes ordered. I will be ordering some more before to long.
I am sorry I have not responded sooner,my wife passed away on Jan.30 2015,so needless to say I have not been up to par and still not. I received the shoe order very promptly, this is my second pair of Vionic shoes and I am going to order another pair from Orthoticshop in the very near future.

Great site, product was what I expected, I would buy again.
The on-line service for purchasing was fine. The notification of the products travel to the OrthoticShop from the source are not necessary and confusing to the customer. The customer is only interested when shipping occurs to them.
My only complaint is when my item was reported as being delivered to me and it had not. OrthoticShop Customer Service did not take responsibility and I was told that the problem was between me and the shipper. After several telephone calls it became obvious the responsibility and complaint process had to originate with the OrthoticShop. This may be a staff training issue. The product did arrive 4 days after the notification by the shipper that the product had been delivered.
Superior products...just love my new Ortho slippers! Have wood floors and flat feet in my house...they are so comfy and help my arch, heel and knee pain...thx for such a great product!

I had made several attempts to use the coupon code and it was rejected. Then the one pair of shoes showed out of stock but you had that size listed on ebay. Tried again and it re-added the size but then when I went to use PayPal to check out the windows was so small I couldn't finish the transaction and there was no way to expand the window. Very frustrating. Put a best offer on the pair on ebay minus 10% but now looks like the order here went through?
The shoes are horrible and I can't return because I won't receive a refund since there is a litttle indention from my orthotics. I wore around the house briefly and my feet, knees and back were killing me. I wanted to exchange, but your customer service said I couldn't because the shoe must be sellable.
Sellable, is that what you call the insole not glued down and lumps in the insole - which is what you sold me.
This was easy to use and I appreciated the coupon too.
