I ordered an Earth sandal by Kalso and the sandal straps were stiff and scratchy and the toe hole was small. I spoke with a customer service rep and she sent me a prepaid label to return them because I was exchanging them for a different sandal. All my dealings with Orthoticshop.com were fine.
