Very happy with these cute slippers. The ribbon gives them a very feminine touch. I usually wear 8 1/2 but ordered a 9 due to other posted comments and they fit perfectly. The arch support is comfortable and eases Plantar Fasciatis pain.
Easy to use website, and finally, a place that I can find a good shoe in an extra wide width! I'm sure that I will be a return customer in the future. No complaints what so ever!

I have been wearing my Vionics slippers for about 4 days now and I am liking them. They are comfortable; they make my feet happy. Size 10/1/2 fits well, comfortably snug. The slippers seem like very good quality. No chemical smell inside from being sprayed to prevent bug infestation and mildew/mold. This is sometimes common for shoes shipping from other other countries. Years ago I had to return slippers from another vendor when even baking soda and washing didn't eliminate the chemical odor. The only drawback was that they only came in black(for me, too formal of a color for slippers.) I had preferred the brown leather slippers but was informed that those were not available. Now I really feel like an old man wearing those black slippers. However, throw on a smoking jacket and you might even feel debonair, like Fred Astaire.

So far my purchase seems to be a good fit for me. Previously, I had to return two different purchases because they didn't work for me. Easy, no hassle returns which I love and appreciate. It's hard to find a shoe that comes in a narrow width and this company does that.

Unfortunately the product I received wasn't what I thought I was ordering. I have plantar fasciitis and wear inserts. The ones I received were not ones I can use, so I received a return label, took the package and FedEx and returned it to you. Very good customer service.
