I know the product bc I have owned it before (and love it)but your shipping costs are too high. If I could find a lower shipping cost elsewhere, I would use that site as opposed to this one. You have a good selection though.

I don't know about the product. My husband hasn't tried on the shoes. As soon as he tries them. I'll be able to give u a better rating.

I have a very hard foot to fit so was thrilled with the first pair that are custom made for me and comfortable out of the box. I have had hip replacement and have 2 bad knees so the arch supports have made a tremendous difference (I have 4 different styles now). Unfortunately, the second pair too small and I have already returned for a larger size. You make it so easy to exchange and I really appreciate that!

These are a gift for my wife and I hope they fit.
