Original search showed the cost as $54.95 but when I went to order the item the price jumped to $92.50 for the same order. Seemed like a little bit of "bait and switch" which I found unsettling.

I can't wear them and am not sure about your returns procedure? I have had a stroke and have a slightly deformed left foot - I should know not to order shoes online but they looked so good I just couldn't resist.
My overall experience with orthoticshop.com was fine. It is just the fact that I paid so much money and I am on a disability pension. I don't mind paying for something if I can use it. I know it's not your fault that these sandals are not suitable for me. Could you please let me know your returns procedure.
