Good product and delivery has always been good.
I've bought the same shoe from another vendor where I paid more and waited longer for delivery. The product is identical. Like this particular design so I bought this pair daughter. She had surgery on her ankle and says that the shoe is perfect for her sometimes swollen foot and ankle.
It was so easy to order. Also, it prompted me to insert a coupon savings code. Great experience.

I returned sandals on June 11for larger size and filled out information on return site for replacement. No acknowledgement received of any kind. Your process is very slow.

Overall it was small good experience. The only thing was I had to pay duties when package arrive. Not sure if I missed that notification when I placed order. I don't remember seeing about this but I might have missed the disclaimer.
This is my first order and my first experience with orthotic shoes. Will have to give an update later. To add to this. Unfortunately I had to return the shoe because the inner sole of the shoe was coming up from the sole. That does not deter me purchasing again. The craftsmanship of the shoe is excellent and the shoe itself was very comfortable. It was just one of those things. I spoke with one of your representatives and was able to return the shoes without a problem. My interaction with her was delightful and I applaud you all for such representatives.
My package arrived promptly but the flip flops did not fit correctly. The high arch forced me to change my posture as I tried to wear them and break them in. This caused my left knee to hurt so I returned them to the company for a refund.
You have xx wide hard to find have propet walking shoes hope these are as good
I felt the website was great to work with and I really appreciate the product reviews. I ordered several pair as I have to change all the shoes I wear because of my back and all of them arrived in excellent condition in the time promised. Overall, it all went very well for me and I will be ordering again.

I love the shoes and they are very comfortable. The service I received was outstanding.
We had a bad weather so delivery was very late but this product is good. I can wear smaller shoes and lighter than braces. I just wish this is more thinner so unnoticeable. Also when I ordered first a pair, it was too small and had to exchange. But you didn't have a pair and send me just half a pair and refund. I understand but I couldn't wear just one.( it will be different shoes size I have to wear with a brace and this product.) I asked how long I have to wait. But I never get a answer so I tried to find. They had 2 in stock. Over all this product is good, delay of delivery I understand but customer service? A little disappointed.

I haven't taken the shoes off since unwrapping them! I have bunions, plantar fasciitis, and a hammertoe plus I'm no lightweight...and these shoes are soooo comfortable. Even though they are lightweight and flexible, somehow they still give me the support I need. I've been using the insole that was provided, but I can take it out and add the one I've been using for close to a year (with replacements as needed, of course). I thought I may be relegated to wearing sneakers forever, but now I get to wear a pair of cute Maryjane styles in a perky color. Great!
