The shipping box it came in was not taped securely. I was concerned before I opened it, if my product was going to be in there or not.

This is a great company to work with. My orthodics arrived quickly. This orthodic was easy to heat and form to my feet as per directions for the oven. I am using them instead of my custom shoe orthodics. They have a nice cushion which I need.
I ordered Spira walkers for my daughter. She has had several pair, and I have had at least 5 pair (walkers and other). They are a great shoe. I went on a tour where we walked about 5 miles a day and my feet and legs did not hurt or ache. They are good wearing shoes. I will continue to purchase this brand. They were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition on the date given to me.
Great selection, had a difficult time with size due to whole size only. The fact that they offer free returns is important and appreciated.

I love my new sandals, they are better even than expected. The only complaint, a very small one, is that shipping seemed a bit slow. And yes, I am definitely spoiled by other vendors who provide free overnight shipping. Just spoiled that's all.
I've been looking for a really quality dress shoe with adequate arch support. These are great looking shoes and are very comfortable.
I ordered and received the Foot-Up brace for drop foot. The website instructs to measure around your ankle for size, and the brace did fit my ankle. However, the brace has a split velcro attachment in the front to accommodate the elastic and clip and the upper velcro connection did not fit my leg. I had to return for the next size up. I was able to try the brace however, and it was comfortable and worked well. I think the sizing recommendations need to be adjusted.
Chose a payment plan and struggled to have my order process, had to choose alternative method to successfully process. Prices are a little steep but quality is good.
The arch inserts were as advertised.
Shopping was easy... I just hope these insoles help my PF.

The shoes were lovely but didn't fit well on my problem foot, so unfortunately they will be returned, however I will try again soon thru orthoticship.com
