Orthotic Shop's website is easy to shop and find what you need! I received the shoes and had to return them. My hubby has always worn a size 12, which is what I had ordered. Sadly, the shoes I purchased were not true to size. The shoes were awesome looking and we were disappointed that they did not work out. We are still in search of a comfortable shoe for flat feet and would love any suggestions your company can give us.

Flip flops arrived very quickly and they are everything that I hoped they would be. I have high arches and high instep and had started to experience the feeling of a bump in the ball of my foot. After doing some research, I found this was a problem from shoes that did not have sufficient arch support (Metatarsal). Slipped the flip flops on after their arrival and have been comfortable since. The only thing I would comment about the flip flops is I would like just a little more height in the strap over the instep. Will most likely get another couple pairs since flips flops are my standard shoe in Florida so more colors please.

Spenco is the only sandal/shoe I have found that is just right for my low arches and over pronation! Wish they would make some whole shoes that are more stylish! Can't wear sandals year-round in Georgia...

Please never use USPS. I had two components to my order. The first was delivered by UPS to my home. The second required me to drive to the Post Office to pick up.
