I tried to apply an online coupon for 10% off but it didn't work. I called customer service and was provided a coupon code for 15% off! Awesome customer service! Thank you!
So far, so good. I have worn these since they arrived. Very comfortable and easy to slip on. Only problem is that the adjustable strap could be/should be about 1/2 inch longer. I have a high instep and with extra compression wraps, the strap barely connects.
My order was placed and received in a very timely manner. The sandals don't fit as well as a black pair that I previously ordered. All in all I'm very pleased with them.

Product was delivered on time.
I absolutely love the insoles! The foot pain I was having is now gone. The shoes were a bit stiff on the first day I wore them, especially around the toe area and I have narrow feet. I deliver the mail so I am on my feet all day everyday and really need a supportive shoe and I think this is the one. I am just hoping as I wear them they break in and conform to my feet and are not so stiff. Overall a much better shoe than New Balance.
Shoes are even more attractive than I anticipated.

The item material apparently has changed from the last time they purchased these... Is not satisfied with it and wants to exchange them for a different item

There was no email telling me when the item was shipped. I requested confirmation 3 times and it took days before I got a response that said she would check on the order but no follow up. I expect better customer service than this.
The shoes always fit great but these ones are too small.
