I Do need to return one pair of the socks I received, as they are not the length I thought they were. When I ordered the compression socks, I assumed that they'd all be above the calf, below the knee length. 3 pairs of the are, 1 pair is standard below the calf length, and I need to return the one pair and order the above the calf length. Do I need and RMA number?

I found my hard to find size in a shoe that I love...I didn't have to settle for a style of shoe I didn't like because it was only one I could find in my size.
I'm happy with my slippers and new sneakers.
My only issue is I was offered Standard or Ground Shipping but there was no info to let me know which one was faster. I agree with that issue about shipping. I encountered a problem with the credit card I used (not the fault of Orthoticshop). Due to that I needed to contact Customer Support. I found the people there to be pleasant and helpful. My new payment info was entered and went right through. My order was then shipped promptly.

Loved each of the three pairs of shoes I ordered. All were about 1/2 to whole size too small. I will exchange for next larger size. I normally wear a size 7.
