The service was great, it just did'nt work for my diagnosis. The product is great,just not for my problem
Workmanship on one of the shoes wasn't up to my expectations. To be more precise the stitching where it ties was faulty and looked unfinished ~ worried it my fray. (Not worth the time or energy to return, as needed shoes for work, hoping they hold up without any major problems.)
