Perfect fit and so comfortable
I purchased two different slippers. Pink was ok.
The brown are not the right slipper is larger than the left slipper. Not the same size.
Need to return the brown pair obviously.
May i have a return label for this one.

My question to customer service was never answered. I tried online chat and was referred to sending an email. Never could get on the live chat successfully and the emails were never answered. Ordered the product anyway and am very happy with the result.

Delivery of the fur ones was a little long, but no big deal. The other pair showed up in two days! Love this brand and this site's prices. I'll never stray, so long as nothing changes!

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I MADE AN ERROR IN SIZE ON MY ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOK CARE OF CHANGING IT TO THE RIGHT SIZE PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. HOWEVER THE GRAY BOOTS THAT I CHOSE WERE NOT IN STOCK IN MY SIZE BUT THEY WERE IN STOCK IN BLACK. THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT PRICE DIFFERENCE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAIVED THE PRICE DIFFERENCE AND I WAS ABLE TO GET THE BLACK BOOTS FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE GRAY ONES. WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THE ORTHOTIC SHOP AGAIN!
