Your company had my old address (2 years ago) and I was unable to override it with my recent order. Customer service did not respond within the 2 days. When I spoke to the rep this morning, she pretty much today me it was PayPals fault and I was out of luck. I didn't appreciate being talked to like that. Luckily I was able to drive to the old address and they had my packages.

It was simple to order

I had to return my very first item ordered through your site. I've ordered many of the Vionic products but the Indulge Vanah-Women's Faux Suede Boots were not sized as all other size 7 Vionic products -- they were extremely big on my foot and I had to return them. I love the Elevated Stanton-Women's Wedge Boots but am only okay with the Adilyn Women's Orthotic Slippers.

I did have trouble trying to buy two pairs of shoes. It kept giving me the one pair; I got my hubby to fix it for me, which he did. I am excited about receiving the two pairs almost for the price of one.

Shoes didn't fit but service excellent.

The tennis shoes are very comfortable even after wearing for eight hours.

Sizes are hard to determine since they run small I had to return them to get a larger size and hope they fit

It has been smooth and convenient and overall I am very satisfied with the experience.
