I paid you $36.00 for the item including freight.
I later paid Amazon $19.50 for the exact same item including freight.
Needless to say, you gave me a big screwing on the price.
I also tried to cancel the order and could not!

I had no trouble picking out the shoes I wanted. The site was fast moving and no problems checking out. The shoes did not fit, I have returned them. I love this site and all the shoes. The site is easy to navigate.

These shoes are indestructible! Great place to shop! Super customer service! Highly recommend!

The boots arrived promptly and fit as expected. I actually have a AAA narrow foot but can wear narrow sizes with thick socks and lacing very tight.

I received my order really fast. I ordered these slippers for my daughters birthday party tomorrow. They look really nice to me since she only wears these kind of shoes, she suffers from heel and foot pain.vionic shoes. Are the only shoes that she wears. I have received my slippers and I really like them. I am waiting to get my credit card bill to find out the total price with the exchange rate on if. I find your shipping charges a bit steep so will reserve comment until I get my statement. That will determine wether I place any more orders.

I am in the process of exchanging the shoes for some that are smaller. I mis-measured. Sorry!

Too bad they are so expensive, because once you add the shipping and US exchange rate, it's double what the price actually is. But I need these slippers/support so, I don't have much of a choice...
