I like them but I am sending them back. They were to long so I need to get a different kind.
The shoes are great quality and although the same size, both shoes fit differently. I will order again in the future.

My shoes took a little longer than expected but there were no problems with the delivery. They are what I expected from the description online and fit well. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes to accommodate my bunions so am sure I will order from Orthotic Shop again in the future.
Unfortunately it didn't work with her stroke
These slippers were my second Vionic purchase. The slippers have the same firm arch which I need for the high arch in my foot. The sole is not flexible but I have been flexing them by hand to soften my gate a little. The fabric is nice and soft.
Quick and easy. The shoes I ordered has helped my plantar fasicilitis a lot. I now have a pair of shoes that don't flip up because of the extra insole. I will order the sandals next.

Ordering was easy and the return process was is easy as well. Quality products for difficult to fit feet.

Love the website! Easy to navigate. The only thing I would recommend is please send a copy of the reciept as well with the order. I live in Canada but have it delivered to my friends house in New York. When coming back through customs I don't want the hassle of not having a reciept when declaring what I have bought.

Everything was as perfect as I could ask for. Good selection, easy website to navigate - selection of available sizes and widths made the search much easier. Products arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, one shoe ran very small on length and width, so I ordered a replacement. Next we'll see how the return process goes. Based on everything so far, I'm expecting no issues a all. Will report back afterwards if I receive another questionnaire.

I've ordered from this company before and love the flip flops. They're comfortable and help my feet. That is why I came back for my second pair. Great quality shoe!
Missing lots of sizes. Son wears 14. Needs arch support for pronated ankles and flat feet. I need 10 women's, and arch support. Shoes are a little pricy. Would like some discounts.
