Help my heel pain

I hope I found a sandle I can wear, and I will be a forever customer. As long as I have coupons, I will order where they are the cheapest!
They were very small and I had to return them

I'll have to exchange the shoes - size 7 is a whole size too big

I spent 20 minutes waiting on phone and finally gave up. Spent another 1/2 hour online to submit order. Waited and submitted again and spent another 1/2 hour waiting. Used 1/2 of my data waiting. 3rd time Finally!

These are the MOST comfortable heels. Please tell me you also have them in some brighter colours like red, bright blue, green?
I would like a pair for each outfit I have.

The delivery was right on time, the product as described. However, the shoe was too big and I tried to reach Customer Service regarding exchanging for another size. There was no Return Information or Mailing label inside the box, so I wrote a note explaining the above, requested a different size and will now wait and hope for the best.

They appear to be just what I wanted; however, due to foot problems I have not been able to "try them out" yet!

They fit perfectly to my shoe size and they feel comfortable under my arches. They are however, a bit wide for my foot. Perhaps I should've purchased a narrow?

Great experience however I plan to return the product for a different design and size.
