This is my 4th or 5th order with Orthotic Shop.com. Excellent service every time and the product is always exactly what I wanted. I placed my most recent order on a Thursday. The item I purchased - bedroom slippers - were delivered on Sunday by the Post Office. I will continue to buy all orthotic shoes and slippers from Orthotic Shop.Com - they are A+ in price, quality of product, service and delivery time. Plus I love the free purchase protection they provide with every order.
You offered me a new customer 10% off first order, but everything I put in the cart didn't "qualify" -- yet no where did you state what did or did not qualify. Frustrating and disappointing.

My only reservation is the shipping charges to Canada, quite costly.
I bought sandals that were too small. The site won't advance to the screen to print return label. I wanted to exchange them and rather than wait, I ordered a new pair,but the promo code didn't transfer over so I missed out on a $11.24 savings. I gave 5 stars because I have far less pain in my feet with I wear OrthoticShop sandals.
