I am so excited to finally have a pair of winter boots that fit my orthotics and don't squish my feet. I received the boots sooner than I had expected and the price was worth it. I will definitely be ordering another pair of shoes!

This is my second order of the same style shoe. They are a very comfortable shoe for me. I have a hard time getting shoes that fit well.

I found the web site a little difficult to navigate and the procedure to exchange or return shoes a bit complicated but I managed to figure it out and am waiting to see the outcome. It took longer to receive the shoes than I anticipated.

I had an issue using a code for my purchase and I emailed a note about the issue and i was promptly issued a new one to use. Good service.

I ordered orthotic sandals directly from your website and insoles from you through amazon.com. I'm assuming this survey is about the sandals. They are very nice but are too large. I ordered wide but they are really wide. I can wear them anyway but may order another pair sometime in the future that is regular wide.
