Delivery took too long

It was ok. Kind of overpriced for slippers

Like Orthoticshop's selection. Shipping was extremely fast and the return of one of the items was as painless as it can be. A very convenient shopping experience.

Slippers run small. Quality looks great but when I put the inserts
In, it was comfortable but caused foot to be raised and felt tight;
So I am going to return and order the next size up.

I bought these after reading reviews for shoes for Planar Fasciitis. This is my third pair; very comfortable, excellent foot support, and my plantar fasciitis problem went away, after about 4 - 5 months, and has not returned. Great sneaker. Now 4th pair, thinking about buying a more expensive sneaker, knowing that your products are great. John C

I have a custom orthotic that doesn't fit into dress shoes - so with the built-on support, I can wear these cute shoes - without my orthotic - for dancing and dress-up occasions. Thank you!

Please keep having special offers to buy more shoes from you. I paid about $46 this time for shoes that regulary costs above $50, that was a great deal. Also, please have more color and model options for wide shoes for toddlers.

Less expensive than amazon

It took me many tries to complete. Could not remove error in color or quantity. Had difficulty using PayPal. I order all the time so I understand the process.
