Your site has the best price that included free ship and returns so I think you're great! The one negative was that a code flashed offering an addt'l 20 % off but disappeared so fast I couldn't write it down and couldn't get it to show again. I wanted that xtra 20%! As it is I really shouldn't spend this much for shoes but...cannot stop myself!. The shoes are gorgeous and clearly very well made and I've been looking for the right pair if loafers for a year!

The walking shoes run small and we not true to size but the feet in the sand insoles feel amazing.

Telic sandals run small and I didn't know that. The ones I received are the size I ordered but they just BARELY fit. Its too big a hassle to return them tho. Next time...when the out of stock PURPLE flip-flops come in, I'll know to order one size larger. Great sandals, by the way!

Everything was great except that the sizes did not fit my foot, and when I tried to return the item, I only received a shipping label which meant I had to pay for the postage to return the item. I will update if the company gives me a refund for both the product and the return shipping as they advertise complete satisfaction guarantee. MFox
