I placed an order with Orchard Mile and they did not inform me that the order would be shipping from overseas. My order has been stuck in customs ever since, I never received it. Promises to follow up from Orchard Mile were not kept. Avoid this site unless you have a lot of time and don't mind paying surprise taxes and duties.

Loved shopping at this company. The service is like no other I received from Saks and Neiman Marcus. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I had made my purchase but I made a mistake of putting the wrong city in my delivery address. I had contacted them and spoke to Katherine via text. She was so wonderful and helpful, she contacted the seller and also was keeping track of my delivery. I got my items right on time and overall is very happy with orchardmile and fedex.

I am impressed with the selection on this wonderful site and read about the founders - impressive. I had a bit of trouble checking out using my Amazon account - nice to do so that you don't have to enter information all over again. I was stuck in a "please wait" message but Geryl very graciously and efficiently responded and all was well. Looking forward to receiving my order and shopping here again.

This is a fake site. They do not sell anything, do not trust it. They keep your money and will not cancel orders or return your calls/emails/texts. FAKE do not fall for it.

I loved the dress that I ordered, but unfortunately it was too big. Geryl was very helpful and find the way to exchange the dress for smaller size. Also she helped to apply discount that was in previous order. It is difficult to find great customer service like this. Really appreciate all the quick responses and help. Will shop here again. Geryl was very helpful. In registering, I forgot to put in a discount code and did not get the 10% discount. I emailed and Geryl quickly resolved the issue and got me the discount.

I'm thrilled that he gave me a welcome 10 percent off on my first order after the welcome code didn't register. I haven't even received my first order and am impressed with the service. Thanks sooo much!

She was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with via text. Helped me sort out a bit of an annoying issue. Appreciate all her help and will definitely be shopping with Orchard Mile again

Sadly, due to what I'm told was a technical glitch, the dress I ordered was out of stock. I called customer service but only got a voicemail. However, when I tried a text option, I was put in touch with Kimberly. Kimberly expresses remorse for the problem, immediately refunded my full order (shipping too), and found a really pretty alternate dress. I really appreciated her help.

Super happy and impressed with Orchard Mile's awesome customer service. Sid was incredibly helpful, and solved my issue right away. He was quick to respond and followup and I really appreciated his help. Thank you Orchard Mile and Sid! :)

I called just one time and spoke to Debbie. She went above and beyond on a final sale item. Not only did she price match by reaching out to the vendor but she was also kind enough to accommodate size change if I needed it. Great service!
