I placed an order with Orchard Mile the end of November and as things sometime happen the order delivery had numerous problems. I had an issue with a missing item from an order I placed, and Katherine was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs as well as being sympathetic to my anxiety about resolving the issue. The website is similar to Garmentory in that they take your order, but the fulfillment of the order is completed by the actual brands of the items you purchase. Katherine was a great advocate on my behalf when trying to resolve the issue with the seller.

The people who work at orchard mile have the best customer service. They follow up and get right back to you. Purchase a DVF dress and needed to return and I got the shipping label right away.

First, let me say that I love by the Orchard Mile selection--they've brought together many unique and beautiful styles. However, I was recently just as impressed by their 'concierge' service from Geryl, and I will definitely be shopping with Orchard Mile again!
My great experience started last month, when I placed an order for a Cynthia Rowley rashguard. Later that day, I realized that if I'd purchased directly from the Cynthia Rowley website, I'd have saved 15% as a new customer. I found two other items I wanted to buy on the CR site, and thought it would have been nice to include the rashguard if I hadn't already bought it.
I was really busy so I didn't place the CR order at the time. Two days later, I noticed that my Orchard Mile order was still processing--so I sent an e-mail to their customer 'concierge' to see if I could cancel the order, and explained why. (Normally I wouldn't take the time, but I'd just funded a vacation and was feeling especially budget conscious.)
Later that day, the status of my Orchard Mile order changed to "shipped", and I assumed that was the end of that. But amazingly, I received an e-mail from Geryl the 'concierge' soon after, telling me that although the order had shipped, he'd contacted Cynthia Rowley and they'd refunded 15% on my order, just as if I'd placed it directly on their site.
Honestly, Geryl's service couldn't have been better. His mail was very courteous, pleasant and professional, and of course he also took the time to call Cynthia Rowley and discuss this with them. Any other customer service agent would surely have just told me that the order had shipped--period.
I'll also address the review I see here stating that Orchard Mile is a fake site. Their set-up may be confusing, because while you shop from various designers on their site (just like you would at, say, Nordstrom) the orders ship directly from the designers rather than Orchard Mile. What Orchard Mile offers is the convenience of browsing a charming collection of diverse designers, purchasing all of the items in one place, and having a single point of contact for (fantastic) customer service. So, all good reasons to shop there; I highly recommend them!
