I'm in my 50's and am comfortable with the jewelry I own. A friend bought me a necklace as a gift (trying to get out of the "friend zone".) The chain was such low quality, it could have been from a gumball machine. It was 17", way too short for an adult. I went on their site and found an extension chain, and ordered it. I filled in my payment info. A popup for a "special price" on a jewelry travel case came on and I did not choose it. I simply hit "complete transaction" and suddenly I had that on my card too! They both arrived and I didn't even take it out of the ziplock bag when I decided there was simply no way I could wear this really cheap-looking chain, and I didn't need the travel case, so I initiated the return for both. I should note that immediately after the transaction, I wrote their customer service saying I do not want the travel case and asking them to cancel the transaction. Of course, no reply but the package came with both. So, now I have the cheap necklace that my friend gave me and I found the order details and would like him to get a refund for this awful necklace too. That's when I find that we are a few days past their 30-day return window. So aggravating because I should have returned it before trying to buy an extension and all would be fine. They refused to give a refund. This necklace is of a quality that, maybe, a 10-year-old would be happy to wear. So, my bad for not being upfront in the beginning with my friend but I never dreamed such a cheap-looking necklace cost him almost $200. They said they will give him a store credit, so at least they did that. Also, they say online that this is "100% pure rose gold" (see under the description of the necklace from their website). So, notice the pic of the little stamped plate and clasp with "F" close to "14K" and notice how rough the surface of it is. Now here's a Wikipedia entry on "what does "F" mean on jewelry?" So, it's not 100% pure as they advertise! I would never order anything from this company and only hope my friend can use the store credit.

Typically I love the product. This time, unfortunately I did not like the ring it was not my style

The product is great, but customer service has been bad every time I've talked to them. There's no number to call. The chat works sometimes and it takes a long time for someone to answer, and when they do, they are very slow to answer. It can take like half an hour to solve anything. Email is slow as well. Usually takes at least a day to answer (during a business day even.)

Disappointed with petite hoops. Found them to be overpriced for quality received

I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas- she likes dainty gold jewelry and found this brand on IG. She put it on as soon as she opened it and the spring loaded clasp broke in her sleep. It was defective, there's no way around that, the tab to pull back just broke leaving the clasp open. She sent photos and spoke with customer service but didn't want a replaced piece because once you submit to a warranty or exchange you are stuck with only replecements and have to pay more and more money for the same cheap jewelry.

It's pretty but its not worth over $200. After we have both requested a return CS has ignored us. We've asked to have a manager make an exception for a return. If they're willing to do an exchange why not refund it? You really don't stand behind your product, they take your money, send cheap jewelry with defects and then won't return with a refund; just cycle customers thru a warranty for more money. All around bad business practices. CS hasn't replied in over a week since we asked to be put in contact with a manager and now we have hit the return threshold.

This company is a hoax- don't order anything, save your money. Also look at trust pilot for more reviews- I discovered the page too late.

I did not realize that the ring I ordered was so thin. Within a few days it was bent out of shape. My fault i guess
