Easy to order and arrived fast not sure what else to say to have the correct amount of letters

For the product I'm trying to return, it has been a really frustrating process.

Ring was not as expected. Beautiful design but the back of the dome was rather hollow. Would have preferred if it was filled. Also, did not fit. Will try a different design in the near future.

I ordered a pair of gold stud earrings. The box arrived with one lonely earring, and if that wasn't enough, the earring was badly dented. I spoke with customer service and they say - get this - THEY DON'T REFUND DAMAGED ITEMS! So be careful giving any money to this company. The items are cheap, poor quality, easily damaged (apparently), and customer service will not do anything to fix the situation. If you make the mistake of paying, your money is gone for good, whether you like what you get or not.

I'm glad I discovered this jewelry store. They have what I want for reasonable prices. I love my first necklace and just ordered a second.
