This brand is sold at Nordstroms. They didn't have what I wanted in the store so I shopped online at Oradina. It was easy to find what I wanted and it was delivered in about 10 days.

Oradina met my expectations. The pearl pendant was just the right size, and both earrings are not too flashy, great for everyday wear. I can see myself purchasing more fine jewelries from this brand in the future.

Good shipping, easy returns. My suggestion is that you list the weight of gold pieces so that people can make a better choice based on what they're getting.

Simple enough to order on-line, although it is a bit concerning to order gold jewelry when you can't see for yourself that it is what they say it is. Much to my delight, they appear to be the real thing. These little ball studs have been in my ears since they arrived and I have not had any pain or irritation. They are not show stopping, or anything, but they are exactly what I was looking for.

Needed a signature for delivery- I was not home. Rescheduled for the following day. Stayed home all day. Did call customer service. The young lady was excellent and told me which was the closest usps warehouse to go to pick up

Unfortunately, there was no way to go look at the earrings or pick them up in person, because the merchant doesn't allow that. These were way more expensive than they look. The delivery experience was awful and took weeks, multiple post office communications, and cost me $30 in Uber fees to go leave my signature at the post office so the postman would leave them in my mailbox at home after missing 4 delivery schedules. The Oradina customer service is AI and not helpful at all. I'm not even sure this store exists.

I have been looking for a band like this for a gift, but so many were out of my price range. This one is beautiful! Very nice 14K 2mm band!

Ring is ok. But shipping with usps is terrible! I was at home all the time, but USPS staff kept out notice in my mailbox saying they couldn't get signature…. Damn… just ring the doorbell! They left the first cannot-deliver notice on Friday, so I wrote a note putting in mailbox asking them ring doorbell or just leave the package at front door. Next day, I was at home waiting for the usps vehicle. When it showed up, I ran out to see the staff, hoping to get my package. But she told me she didn't bring the package…. Wtf…. So I didn't get package until Monday! Oradina, please don't use this kind of cheap delivery service! Use ups or FedEx! You can do better!

The reason why I didn't measure the product before ordering it was because I mistaken one of the pictures for the small necklace. If I had, I would've ordered the larger it wasn't that much more expensive. The shipping was reasonable priced and got in pretty quick. The necklace itself is beautiful. That's why it's not given a full five stars. It's because of the size.

Not Oradina's fault but UPS shipping was extremely slow. It took 2 weeks to receive my order. UPS couldn't explain why the package stalled in one location for 10 days, nor could they intervene.

This is my 5th time attempting communication for assistance in returning this damaged item. PLEASE ASSIST. CANNOT GET PAST THE "Order" PAGE ON THE RETURN PROCESS.

I have bought several pieces from this company and find it simple. I was planning to use the buy back program, but then discovered that I would not be able to use the current discount with the buyback program and it made it not worth it. I was better off buying the earrings I wanted with the current sale than selling back a couple Oradina pieces that I don't wear often (my original idea) and using that money towards the new earrings. I found it a little strange that selling back the pieces wouldn't have provided me a better deal than simply buying the earrings at the sale price.

I ordered the necklace a year ago and recently added the matching earring, everything went well, shipped in a timely fashion, overall satisfied,

Ordering for these golden hops was quite the easy task. I highly recommend this site for making purchases.
