Processing for ordering was fine, received item in timely manner. Did not fit, could not get the earring on my ear at all and the piece you thread through your ear was incredibly sharp. Have a pair of hoops like this from elsewhere that I have no issues with. I returned the order via a prepaid shipping label and have yet to receive confirmation of return or refund.

The catalog shows what the jewelry actually looks like on a real person. Oradina sends me an email when my order ships and gives me a tracking number that I can follow. USPS makes me sign for my package, which I appreciate as there's a lot of package thievery going on in my neighborhood.

I have bought two necklaces, a pair of earrings and a necklace charm from Oradina. All of them are exactly as described and beautiful.

Necklace I bought was very pretty, but billed as "solid" gold in header when it was hollow gold and very lightweight. Fine print DID say "hollow" links but overall was misleading. I kept it because I like the style and description was technically accurate.

I don't like them it's not same 100% as on pics they litle deferent don't waste your money There is not even a certificate for this product I don't recommended

I have purchased a few items with Oradina. I like their styles and price ranges. The quality is great as I've had a couple pieces for a couple years now.

The earrings are as expected and pretty. Improvement on how this delicate piece are packaged can be improved rather than having them in a small plastic bag.

I was very dissappointed with the weight and overall quality of these pieces. I will not be buying from this company again
