I bought my first piece a couple of years ago and NEVER took it off. Unfortunately, I got my bracelet snagged on something & broke it so I had to put it away. For some months or close to a year or so, I totally forgot about it and only just remembered that I had a warranty. Unfortunately, I was way outside my warranty date but I contacted them anyway just to see if they would be able to repair. When I tell you, I was not expecting to receive the response I got. I was super grateful because most shops would probably just say no but I felt like this was above and beyond what I would've thought. They told me they would do an exchange/return program which basically gave me a certain amount of credit to shop and all I would do is send in my old bracelet & choose a new piece with my credit. So thankful that there are still businesses that care about their customer's needs. Thank you Oradina, I'll definitely be telling my family & friends to check you out!

Pros:
- Love the simple design and comfort fit. I recommend index or middle finger sizing to use stacker ring rather than a wedding band.
- Return/refund options are reasonable.

Cons:
- Overpriced for the weight. Although is 14K solid gold, the inner core is hollowed. They get away with the "solid gold" claim by not listing the weight and describing the construction as "tubing".
- Return/Refund can be slow and not easily accessible through your account purchase history.
- Too many promotional emails: They'll send you an email and a half for items you looked at, items on your favorite list, and items in your cart.

I ordered a chain from Amazon (another seller) and the chain broke instantly. We were very gentle with it. Needless to say it was returned. So I decided to order from Oradina. It was beautiful and sturdy. Needless to say I will be order ring from Oradina again in the future.

Before finding this store, I went to big name jewelry stores and spent a ton on what I could've gotten directly from Oradina for a fraction of the price plus quick shipping rather than having to wait for certain pieces to be sized. I have since purchased more jewelry from Oradina and will continue to do!

I am looking forward to trying out more jewelry, I did not like this high society hoop but the easy return process makes me feel like I can find the right fit without losing money.

The website was easy to navigate. I was pleased with the quality of a gold jewelry purchase without seeing it person first. Shipping time was reasonable also.

I put the ear cuff on and immediately knew it was too big. I bent it to fit my ear but obviously not enough because it fell off and I couldn't find it anywhere. I don't know what to do about this issue. I spent a lot of money and would like either a refund or different piece of jewelry to replace it.

USPS did not deliver the following two days (Friday and Saturday) after I was not at home on the Thursday they did try to deliver. It was USPS issue not an Oradina issue.

Happy with the experience. The communication was good, timely, and accurate for shipping. We had to sign for the package and we knew when it was arriving to be prepared.

Oradina makes cheap, gold-filled jewellery. They claim to be solid gold, but they are not, as seen in my photo. There is zero customer service, it is all AI, there is no response to emails or messages. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere!
